Danielle Young - Owner/Lead Designer

The creative fuel for Cali Roots Designs is Danielle Young. No, her name is NOT Cali, she's a born and raised San Diegan who in 2019 moved to Franklin TN. An artist, designer, musician, wife (8 years strong), mama of 2 kiddos, world traveler, nature lover, and visual creator, Cali Roots is the fusion of Danielle's many passions.  Since entering the floral design world back in 2012, she has developed an energetic style all her own that she brings to each design piece.  From the ground-up, each design from Cali Roots is unique and every detail is specifically planned to bring the design to a vibrant crescendo!

Cali Roots recognizes that each wedding, event, home, personal gift, and business has a different collection of tastes and styles. Customer satisfaction is at the foundation of Cali Roots, and our creativity can accentuate any living space in a unique and breathtaking manner!

Lauren Pontious - Associate Designer/Cordinator

Born and raised in Orange County, CA Lauren began her flower journey working at a flower shop in Huntington Beach. After finishing her college degree in Business, she began working in the hotel industry for 10 years, while doing flowers and event coordinating on the weekends. Eventually she realized it was time to take on the flower industry full-time! She loves peonies and doing arches and installations.

In her free time you can find her exploring Tennessee with her dog Cooper or finding a new brewery!
